🌍 World Cup Class Culture Projects! 🌏
As part of our Football World Cup celebrations this year, all classes were tasked with creating a class project based on their given country!
Nursery celebrated the USA through Line Dancing and the Netherlands with some brilliant handmade bicycle races!
Meanwhile, Reception presented the cultures of Croatia and Brazil, respectively, reflecting on their cultures of lavender and samba dancing!
Y1 created a fantastic Norwegian Viking boat, accompanied by the Football Team's rowing celebration.
Y2 created a fantastically arty Eiffel Tower; France's iconic landmark.
Y3 presented their findings on neighbouring countries Portugal and France, enlightening us with interesting facts on the delicious foods traditional in those countries.
Y4, meanwhile, created a range of awesome 'Day of the Dead' masks as they celebrated Mexico's interesting relationship with the afterlife.
Year 5 created an immersive Belgian street experience, including diamond shops, waffle vendors, and much more.
Year 6 rounded off an enriching assembly with a delve into Germany's rich culinary heritage.
